Ann utilizes her background in leadership and LGBTQIA2S+ advocacy to guide the organization with vision, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to equality. She is passionate about uplifting our community and creating sustainable structures that support long term change. Ann is also an avid pickleball player! She and her wife have lived fulltime in cape May County since 2009.

Nina Ranalli

Other ECM Committees: Public Relations and Pride March 2024. Nina utilizes her background in marketing, communications, and leadership. She helps increase our visibility and engagement, and plays a role in structuring and guiding the organization to ensure it operates effectively and sustainably. Whether through event planning, outreach, or strategic development, she works to strengthen ECM’s impact and reach within the community. Nina also enjoys exploring nature trails, paddleboarding, and spending time outside.

Mickey Kane

Treasurer

Other ECM Committees: Co-Chair of Meet-Up Committee and Retail. Mickey oversees all aspects of Equality Cape May’s finances and merchandise. Her attention to detail and dedication helps keep the organization running smoothly and sustainably. Mickey believes that maintaining strong, connected community - especially in challenging times - is vital to our collective well-being. In her free time, Mickey also enjoys golf, travel and spending time with animals!

Other ECM Committees: Co-Chair Meet Up Committee and Co-Chair Pride March 2024 and 2025. Sandy also contributes with communications, graphic design, social media, outreach, and website support. She draws upon her background in art, activism and organizing to help ECM build grassroots power and grow a community where LGBTQIA2S+ people can feel safe, seen, and valued. Sandy's work centers on joy, creativity, accessibility, and solidarity. Beyond her love of art, Sandy also enjoys travel, tarot, and good coffee. She lives in Cape May County with her family and two cats.
